Order/Delivery/Payment Information
Your ordered items will be shipped within 【1-3 business days】 after payment confirmation.
※Shipping operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
【Estimated delivery date】Items will arrive approximately 1 to 2 days after the shipping date.
(If the delivery destination is far away, such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, or remote islands, it may take a few more days. Additionally, it may vary depending on the time of dispatch.)
We do not accept requests for delivery date and time.
There may be cases where we cannot arrange for the desired date and time you have written in the remarks section.
Additionally, once the order is confirmed, we will immediately proceed with the shipping process, so we will not contact you separately if there is a possibility that we cannot meet your desired date and time.
If you are in a hurry, please consider this carefully before making a purchase.
We will ship using Japan Post's "Click Post" (with tracking service), so it will generally be delivered to your home mailbox (post box) just like regular mail.
If it does not fit in the mailbox, it will be handed over by the delivery person.
Each order will be shipped individually, so we cannot combine multiple orders for shipping.
In principle, we will package one product per order.
If you wish for individual packaging, please consult us.
*Depending on the number of products purchased and their sizes, we may not be able to accommodate this request. In such cases, payment fees and shipping costs will apply for each order. Thank you for your understanding.
Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the order details (product color, size) or payment method.

We do not include items that indicate the price, such as price tags or delivery notes.

About the product
We take great care in managing and shipping our products, but in the unlikely event of defective items, product damage, or incorrect items, please fill out the information below and contact us via email or our inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

・Product name
・Image (if available, please attach it)
・Condition of damage or dirt (please be as specific as possible)
[Good example] A stone has come off, the earring post is broken
[Bad example] The necklace is broken, part of the earring is damaged
If we can confirm the product defect, we will promptly send a replacement product.
◎ If you do not provide specific details about the damage, it may take longer to process the return as we will need to verify the damage again.
* If a replacement is not possible due to the product being out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Our products are made from materials that are less likely to cause allergies, but we cannot guarantee that they will not cause allergies for everyone. If you have metal allergies or if plated products do not suit your skin, please refrain from using them.
※【Regarding the bending of the ear post】 The posts made of "silver" are good materials, but they have the characteristic of being soft and easily bendable. We conduct inspections of the products before shipping, but there may be cases where the post has bent during transportation or before it reaches you. This "bending" is a characteristic of the material and is not considered a defective product. In such cases, please gently pinch it with your fingers and return it to the correct position for use.
