Tracking is available for all deliveries. ・Please note that delivery may be delayed due to a rush of orders, traffic conditions caused by weather, or congestion in the transportation industry. |

◾️About Customs Duties |
When shipping overseas, customers on the receiving end may incur customs duties and other taxes and fees. We cannot tell you whether or not you will have to pay customs duties or how much you will have to pay, as this is a matter for the customs authorities of the destination country or region to determine. For details, please contact the customs office of the destination country or region.
What to do in case of customs duty ・Depending on the product, customs duties may be charged by the customs authorities of the destination country/region. In such cases, please note that the customer will be responsible for customs duties. ・The method of payment of customs duty may vary depending on the country/region, such as payment to the delivery staff at the time of delivery or payment by bank transfer form sent later. ・We will not be able to determine whether or not customs duties will be incurred on your shipment upon inspection of the actual goods by the customs authorities in each country/region. Please understand this in advance.
What to do if your shipment does not clear customs If your shipment does not clear customs, it may be returned to us, or in the worst case, it may be confiscated locally. In such cases, we will not be able to provide refunds or other processing. However, if the goods are returned to us, we can reship them to the customer or forward them to your friend's home. Please note, however, that without a special request from the customer, we will not be able to keep the item for more than 30 days and it will be disposed of. (In the case of disposal, a handling fee and the actual cost of disposal will be charged.) |
